I am here to tell you that you can do it. And I can help you.
Training for a marathon is not impossible but it does require a time commitment and adherence to a rigorous training plan. Most people can successfully train for a marathon in 6 months or less. There is nothing like having a goal of running 26.2 miles to keep you focused and determined in your running career.
I have successfully trained for two marathons and will give you the tools to train safely and effectively for your first. I will be there on the first day to help you build from the ground up and will be there on the last day at the finish line to celebrate your amazing accomplishment!
