Sometimes you want to train for a specific race but don't know how to build up the distance or pace.
Sometimes you need to know that there’s someone else counting on you, who won’t let you quit, and who will help push you to reach your goals.
That's where I come in. Think of me as your personal running partner, trainer, and motivator. I am a friendly and focused partner that will help get you out the door, help you create and stick to your running schedule, and help you improve your distance and pace. I will help you to not only run smarter, but run easier.
